Made of 17-4 Stainless Steel, this recoil lug has several features that make it a Superior choice for your next custom gunsmithing project or rebarrel.

Tubb Precision Oversize Recoil Lugs are Surface ground for an extremely uniform thickness and finish, verses factory lugs which usually have high and low points. These lugs are also slightly thicker to give a little more metal between the shoulder of the barrel and the front of your action. And, they have a slightly tapered portion so they go in easily when bedding the rifle. These features greatly improve bedding quality and rifle accuracy.

The Tubb Precision Oversize Recoil Lugs are an essential part of any custom Remington 700 rifle project or rebarrel. Using these lugs give you a very good chance of shooting smaller groups than with factory lugs.
