Products are sold on an as-is, where-is basis and Superior Shooting Systems Inc. makes no, and hereby disclaims any, representation or warranty (other than title), whether oral or written or expressed or implied, in respect of these products including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Superior Shooting Systems Inc. shall not be responsible for, and by acceptance of this product purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Superior Shooting Systems Inc. harmless from, any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, costs and expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) relating to use of these products by purchaser or any third party.
