I emailed a question to Superior Shooting Systems and received no reply.
 
  • You may have your spam filter configured to reject all email that you have not approved in advance. We try to answer our email as soon as possible. Also, if you have a technical question, they should be directed to custsrvc@davidtubb.com. Technical replies, because of the expanse of the subject matter may take longer to compose and reply.



Why do my shipping charges vary more/less than listed in the shopping cart?
 
  • The shipping charges as stated on our website, may vary slightly and are as close an estimate as the shopping cart system can provide. We strive to make it as accurate as possible.



Do you accept backorders?
 
  • At this time we do not accept back orders. Please visit our site frequently as we are always receiving new stock.



Where can I find a list of David Tubb's published articles?
 
  • A comprehensive library of David's articles can be found here.



What form of payment do you accept?
 
  • We accept Cash, Money Orders, Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. In regard to personal check, orders may not be shipped until check clearance.



Do you provide a tracking number for orders shipped?
 
  • We email UPS tracking numbers for that method of shipment.
